Blueberry Blue Rose.
Botanical Name: Vaccinium hybrid.
The Blueberry is an easily grown shrub that will produce an abundance of delicious, blue edible fruit. High in antioxidants and packed with goodness, blueberries are ideal for eating fresh or for use in pies, desserts, cakes and muffins. 'Blue Rose' has medium to large berries with excellent flavour and a long picking season from late January to late March.
This deciduous shrub prefers a sunny to partly shaded position in acidic, moist, well-drained soil.
Mulch well to conserve soil moisture and prune to remove smaller, weaker branches and to open up the plant.
Mature Size: H2 x W2m.
