Simple, open blooms emerge in warm coppery yellow before gradually changing through shades of apricot and pink to a rich pink-crimson as they age. With flowers at different stages appearing together, the bush develops a beautiful multi-coloured effect.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nAlso known as the Butterfly Rose, its delicate single blooms seem to hover across the plant like butterflies. The flowers are produced repeatedly throughout the season on an open, spreading shrub with dark plum-coloured stems and attractive dark green-grey foliage.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nVigorous, healthy and capable of forming a substantial shrub, ‘Mutabilis’ is particularly effective where it has room to develop its naturally informal shape.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nThis much-loved heritage variety was inducted into the World Federation of Rose Societies Old Rose Hall of Fame in 2012.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nMature size: approximately 2.5 metres high\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003eCare \u0026amp; Growing Tips\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nPlant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil and allow plenty of room for its spreading growth.
