A robust succulent trailing plant with thick, fleshy, heart-shaped leaves produced in pairs. In best conditions, light pink flowers appear from spring to autumn.
Perfect for a hanging pot/basket. Best positioned in a well-lit but indirect position. Make sure soil stays moist during dry weather.
