Hydrangea White Knight.
Botanical Name: Hydrangea macrophylla.
Hydrangea White Knight features unique deep dark stems and clear white blooms that provide a special floral display in the garden. The flowers are perfect for floristry or for gardeners who wish to create their own cut flower garden. Flowers begin blooming from late spring through summer and spot blooming in autumn. This spectacular and showy garden plant will reward you with gorgeous displays of blooms set against fresh green foliage.
Best in a moist position sheltered from the hot sun and wind.
Prune after flowering to encourage new growth and a neat habit.
Medium water requirements, once established, but occasional deep watering during extended periods of heat is beneficial.
Best grown is well-draining soils.
The colour of some Hydrangeas can be controlled by soil ph.
Fertilise in early spring with a slow-release all-purpose fertiliser for best results.
In ideal conditions, it can grow to H1.2 x W1.2m.
