Lady Finger Palm.
Botanical Name: Rhapis Excelsa.
A very forgiving houseplant. It is hardy and can tolerate low light conditions. it has large, hand-shaped leaves with long, glossy, dark green, finger-like leaflets. The foliage forms a dense canopy above clumps of sturdy stems that are covered with dark brown fibres that have a woven appearance.
The plant pictured is just one example of our stock, each plant may vary slightly. We will always choose the happiest and healthiest specimen for you.
Best grown in a bright spot indoors, in a pot with drainage.
Water when two-three inches feel dry. Water more in summer, less in winter.
Slow growing with mature height up to 2m.
