Its delicate blooms hang gracefully from the branches, creating a lovely display when trained over pergolas, arches and arbours.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nA vigorous but slightly more compact variety than some other Wisterias, ‘Rosea’ is well suited to gardens where a flowering climber is wanted without quite the same scale as larger varieties. Its twining stems grow in a clockwise direction, gradually forming a strong, woody framework.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nFollowing its spring flowering, fresh green foliage develops into a leafy canopy, providing welcome shade throughout summer.
