Care & Growing Tips
Plant Azalea ‘Alba Magnifica’ Standard in a semi-shaded position, ideally with dappled light beneath open-branched trees or protection from harsh afternoon sun.

Prefers well-drained, mildly acidic soil enriched with organic matter. Avoid lime and fresh manures, which can affect soil pH.

Water regularly during establishment. During hot summer weather, water two to three times per week. In cooler months, a deep watering once a week is generally sufficient.

Apply a slow-release fertiliser or pelletised organic fertiliser formulated for azaleas and acid-loving plants after flowering in spring.

Mulch with organic material to help retain moisture, suppress weeds and maintain cool root conditions.

Prune after flowering to remove damaged growth and maintain shape. Azaleas respond well to pruning and can be reduced by up to one-third if required to maintain a compact canopy.
