Warran Glen Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you:

  • changed your mind,

  • found the product cheaper elsewhere,

  • decided you no longer like or need the item.

However, for fashion items, we understand you may be unable to try them on before purchasing. In this case, we’re happy to offer:

  • an exchange for another size (subject to availability), or

  • a credit note for the item’s value.

Before Returning Your Item

Please contact us at email before sending your item back. This allows us to assess your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, based on the courier’s tracking confirmation of delivery date.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with tags still attached. We do not accept returns of items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Returned items will be assessed by our team upon arrival. If we determine the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or hats cannot be returned unless faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect items before dispatch. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you believe it is faulty by emailing email . Include:

  • a photo of the fault, the packaging it was received in, and your proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).

If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer one of the following:

  • a replacement,

  • a repair, or

  • a full refund (only if it can’t be repaired or replaced).

⚠️ As per ACCC guidelines, if a fault is minor, we have the right to repair or replace the item before offering a refund.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.


Sale Items

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items in the event of incorrect choice or change of mind.


Perishable Goods (Including Plants)

We are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for perishable goods, including all plant life. These items are highly sensitive and cannot be restocked or resold. Please purchase carefully.

Returns Process & Shipping

  • Items are your responsibility until they reach us.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged for return. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked postage.

  • We cannot provide a refund, credit or exchange for items lost in transit.

  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for returns to be processed once received.
