Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of delivery.
Items need to be returned new, unused and with tags still attached. Any items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way will be returned to the customer.
Due to hygiene reasons please be aware we are unable to accept the return of jewellery unless it is faulty.
A Credit Note or Replacement will be issued once the item/s have been returned.
What do you do if you receive your item and it is not what you expected or it is faulty?
First and foremost please remember to keep your receipt.
We thoroughly check all items before sending them out however, if an item you receive is faulty please contact us immediately via email email@example.com with a photo of the perceived fault. If the product is deemed to be faulty we will be in touch with you to provide a replacement product, a repair of the product or a refund if the faulty product cannot be replaced or repaired.
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if an item sent to you has a minor fault then we have the right to contact our supplier and have the item repaired and returned to you. If the fault cannot be repaired then we can either send you a replacement if available or offer you a refund for the faulty product.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer Refunds or Credits on any Sale Items.

We do not offer Refunds, Credits or exchanges on perishable goods, this includes all plant life. Please choose carefully.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
We recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid lost parcels.
