Buxus Standard.
Botanical Name: Buxus sempevirens.
The English Box is noted for its dense foliage which can be clipped into formal hedges and topiary. An evergreen shrub with glossy, oval, green leaves is best grown in a sunny, open position. Can be grown in containers for patios and courtyards and will enhance both formal and informal gardens.
Approximately 1m from the top of the soil to the top of the foliage.
Best planted in moist well-draining soil in a full sun position.
Prune to keep the ball shape.
