Cherry Tree Lapins.
Botanical Name: Prunus avium Lapins.
The large heart-shaped has dark red to black skin with firm sweet red flesh. Beautiful eaten fresh or used in jams and preserves. Self-pollinating.
Plant in a warm, protected area in well-drained soil.
Best planted in winter during dormancy. Make sure you plant the bud union above the soil.
Water in well and keep moist until established.
Fertilise when planting and again when new growth appears. prune when planting.
