Created with colours and materials to match our wet weather gear, the Ruff Jacket is designed to keep doggies warm and dry, with an anti-twist design and an adjustable belly strap for a snug and secure fit. The Ruff Jacket features cosy fleece lining, hi-vis reflective detailing and a zip-close pocket for treaties and bags. With its unique packable design, this jacket tucks away into its pocket when not in use, with a handy wrist loop for easy carrying, making the Ruff Jacket a must-have for families with four-legged friends.
Recycled polyester bonded with waterproof PU outer.
Free from PVC, Nickel, Phthalates, Formaldehyde, and Paraffins.
After use, hang your items on a coat hanger in the shade to ensure they dry out completely before storing them away.
We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild warm soapy water. If you need to clean the whole item, hand wash only with cold water and mild detergent.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship all* orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Need it in a hurry? Call us on (03) 9844 3027 before ordering and we’ll arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.
*Please note:
- We do not ship any plant life, pots, Furniture, Bulky or Fragile items.
- We do not ship perfume or fragrance products, including diffusers and eau de parfum.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you're not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.

What is your return policy?
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you:

- found the product cheaper elsewhere,
- decided you no longer like or need the item.
