This chime is tuned to the inspiring tones heard in the opening measures of Amazing Grace, one of America's best-loved and most widely known hymns. The lyrics were written by Englishman John Newton in the late 18th century. As a young man on board a merchant ship, Newton underwent a spiritual awakening while caught in a deadly storm at sea. This was the beginning of a journey that would lead the one-time slave trader to become a vocal abolitionist and transform a man without conviction into one of unshakable faith. Newton's message of hope and redemption from over 200 years ago resonates with the same power today in our Amazing Grace Chime.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship all* orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Need it in a hurry? Call us on (03) 9844 3027 before ordering and we’ll arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.

- We do not ship any plant life, pots, Furniture, Bulky or Fragile items.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you're not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.
