Dampiera Mallee Skies - 14cm Pot

Dampiera ‘Mallee Skies’ is a charming, low-growing Australian native perennial, prized for its vibrant blue flowers and neat, mounding habit. Flowering from spring through early summer, it produces masses of soft blue blooms that add a refreshing splash of colour to garden beds, pots and rockeries.

Compact and tidy, Mallee Skies forms a dense clump of foliage, making it perfect for borders, raised beds and container planting, especially where excellent drainage can be provided. Its bright flowers also attract bees, butterflies and beneficial insects, supporting a lively, pollinator-friendly garden.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to light shade in well-drained soil. Good drainage is essential, and raised beds, rockeries or pots are ideal positions for best performance.

Water regularly during establishment, then reduce, as it becomes drought tolerant once mature. Avoid prolonged wet or humid conditions, as this plant may be shorter-lived in more humid climates.

Maintenance is minimal—simply trim back spent flower stems after flowering to keep the plant tidy and encourage fresh growth.
