Hydrangea Paniculata Mojito - 20cm Pot

Hydrangea paniculata ‘Mojito’ is a modern, high-performing panicle hydrangea selected for its exceptional vigour, upright structure and fresh green floral display. One of the strongest-growing paniculata varieties available, Mojito combines reliable garden performance with refined, contemporary colour.

Flowering from summer into autumn, Mojito produces large panicle blooms that open a refreshing lime green before gradually softening to creamy white with subtle blush tones as they mature. The flowers are held on strong, upright stems, making them highly effective in the garden and excellent for use as cut or dried flowers. Mid to dark green, ovate foliage forms a dense, tidy framework through the growing season before turning soft yellow in autumn and dropping in winter.

More sun-tolerant than many hydrangeas, Mojito performs well in brighter positions while still benefiting from some protection in hot climates. Flower colour is stable and not affected by soil pH.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil. Water regularly during warmer months to keep soil consistently moist, reducing watering in winter once the plant is dormant. Prune hard in winter, cutting stems back to approximately 30–45cm from ground level to encourage vigorous new growth and strong flowering. Apply a slow-release fertiliser in late spring and mulch annually to improve soil health and moisture retention. Monitor for common pests such as aphids and mites and treat as needed.
