High pigment, long-lasting and hydrating. This vegan, colour balm crayon gives you lipstick and liner in one, all-day comfortable wear, full coverage and a rich, creamy demi-matte finish. Organic coconut oil and plant waxes + antioxidant-rich vitamin E and natural silica smooth, nourish and hydrate lips without caking or drying. The product packaging respects the planet with bio-innovative materials derived from renewable sources. The lid is made with certified bio-based compostable materials that help to reduce CO2 emissions and the pencil is made from sustainably grown wood. What is your shipping policy?
We ship all* orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Need it in a hurry? Call us on (03) 9844 3027 before ordering and we’ll arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.
*Please note:
- We do not ship any plant life, pots, Furniture, Bulky or Fragile items.
- We do not ship perfume or fragrance products, including diffusers and eau de parfum.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you're not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.

What is your return policy?
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you:
- changed your mind,
- found the product cheaper elsewhere,
- decided you no longer like or need the item.
However, for fashion items, we understand you may be unable to try them on before purchasing. In this case, we’re happy to offer:
- an exchange for another size (subject to availability), or
- a credit note for the item’s value.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package via Auspost.
