Keep your candle burning beautifully by centering the wicks and trimming them to 7mm before each use to prevent soot on the vessel.
Discard when only 10mm of wax remains at the bottom.
70g Candles: Do not burn for less than 30 minutes or more than two hours at a time.

We ship all* orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Need it in a hurry? Call us on (03) 9844 3027 before ordering and we’ll arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.

  • We do not ship any plant life, pots, Furniture, Bulky or Fragile items.
  • We do not ship perfume or fragrance products, including diffusers and eau de parfum.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you're not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.
