Gardenia Four Seasons - 20cm Pot

Gardenia ‘Four Seasons’ (Gardenia augusta) is a compact, evergreen shrub loved for its intensely fragrant, creamy-white flowers and glossy dark green foliage. As the name suggests, this variety is known for its extended flowering period, producing beautiful blooms from late spring through to autumn, and often continuing sporadically beyond.

The medium-sized, ivory-white flowers are often slightly curled, adding charm and softness to the plant’s overall appearance. Set against rich, glossy foliage, they create a classic, elegant look that suits both formal and relaxed garden styles.

Naturally low-growing and rounded, Four Seasons typically reaches 60–90cm high and around 1 metre wide, making it ideal for low hedging, borders, pots and containers. Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to part shade in well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Water regularly to keep soil consistently moist, especially during warmer months and flowering periods. Apply a slow-release fertiliser suitable for acid-loving plants in spring to encourage healthy growth and repeat flowering. Mulch to retain moisture and protect roots.
