Bush Rose Bathsheba

Apricot-yellow buds open to shallowly cupped, many-petalled rosettes. They are a beautiful blend of subtle apricot pink and soft yellow, giving the overall impression of an apricot, with creamy outer petals. There is a superb floral myrrh fragrance, with hints of honey and Tea. It forms a short, vigorous climber. Good for pillars arches or obelisks.
David Austin English roses combine the charming forms and fragrances of old roses with the repeat-flowering nature of modern roses.
Water immediately after planting. Water well until established, particularly during periods of extended heat.
Plant in Full Sun.
It can get to a 3m spread.
Remove spent blooms. Prune back by one-third in winter, removing old and damaged wood. Shorten stems to a healthy bud to promote strong growth.
Fertilise every Late winter to the end of autumn every 3-4 months. We recommend Harry's Rose Food.
