Grafted Finger Lime Crystal.
Botanical Name: Micricutrus australasica.
A large Australian native citrus shrub with dark-green leaves and white flowers during Spring, followed by finger lime fruits that ripen during late Spring and Summer. The green-skinned fruit has distinctive caviar-like flesh - great for use in cocktails and culinary dishes.
Grafted finger lime trees can begin fruiting in year three but larger quantities of fruit are not normally obtained until year six.

- It can grow to 4-6m tall and 2m wide.
