This chime features thick-walled tubes with special suspension offering wonderfully restful tones. The Chimes of Apollo are named for the Greek god of prophecy, music and healing. According to mythology, Apollo's chariot carried the sun across the sky each day bringing light and warmth to the earth below. This chime is tuned to an ancient Chinese pentatonic scale.
