Shipping

Our shipping cut off for Christmas depends on its destination. 

For deliveries to: VIC, QLD, NSW, SA, ACT, TAS - 18/12/24
For deliveries to: NT & WA - 13/12/24

Please note our default shipping method is Regular Parcel Post, if you wish to upgrade to express get in touch for a quote. 

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched. An AusPost tracking number will also be supplied. Orders will be sent via Australia Post between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.  Please allow up to 10 days (depending on your location) to receive your order. 

If you require an order urgently and wish to upgrade to Express Postage please contact us on (03)9844 3027.

• We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 (excluding "For The Garden" Products and large & bulky gift shop products)
• For orders over $150 the shipping is free (excluding Gift Cards, "For The Garden" and large & bulky gift shop products)
• We use Australia Post for deliveries in our
  "Fashion", "For The Home" and "Gifts" products. Please note some products in these categories are Click & Collect/Store Pickup only, as noted against the product. 
• Please use your tracking number to track your delivery or contact us at orders@warranglen.com.au if you are experiencing a long delay.

If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to a MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. 

Click and Collect/Store Pickup

Click + Collect is available for all products across our website. If there is something you cannot find, give us a ring and we can assist over the phone.

"For The Garden" and large & bulky gift shop products are unable to be sent so we offer a Click and Collect option.

• Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming that your item is ready to be collected.
• Please bring your confirmation with you when you are collecting your order.
