What's In-Season: Winter
In the nursery right now: hellebores in bloom, camellias opening across a range of varieties, and the first of the winter colour annuals coming through. The Japanese maples are bare but worth seeing — winter is when their structure really shows. A good season for planting bare-rooted roses and fruit trees too, if you're thinking ahead to spring.

We stock a broad range of plants for gardens of all sizes, including Japanese maples, camellias, roses, citrus, fruit trees, Australian natives, hedging, ornamental grasses, ground covers and a rotating seasonal selection. We also carry a good range of indoor plants. Stock changes regularly depending on the season, so if you're looking for something specific it's worth calling ahead or visiting in person.
While many areas are accessible, some sections may involve a longer walk than expected.
Our café is located behind the gift shop, over a small creek and up a timber boardwalk. For guests with limited mobility, this distance can feel significant.
Yes. We offer both physical and e-gift cards, redeemable across the nursery, gift shop and café. The recipient can spend it however they like, whether that's a new plant for the garden, something from the gift shop, a meal out, or a browse through our fashion range.

We unfortunatley do not host private functions, but the café does take bookings and is a lovely spot for a group lunch or a catch-up with friends.

For specific plant problems, diagnosing the cause usually depends on seeing the conditions on-site. If you can bring in a cutting, or a few clear photos of the affected leaves, stems or soil, our team will have a much better chance of pointing you in the right direction.
No we do not send plants in the post.
