Acer Autumn Fire - 40cm Pot

Acer palmatum dissectum ‘Autumn Fire’ is a compact Japanese Maple from the dissectum group, valued for its fine, lace-like foliage and vibrant seasonal colour changes. Unlike many weeping forms, it has a more semi-upright, spreading habit, making it ideal where structure and height are desired without a cascading form.

In spring, delicate green leaves emerge with a soft pink edging, adding subtle interest early in the season. Through summer, the foliage deepens to a rich green before putting on a spectacular bright crimson-red display in autumn.

Fast-growing for a maple of its type, Autumn Fire is a versatile and adaptable choice, performing well in a range of garden settings from sun to shaded positions.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to shade in well-drained, enriched soil. In warmer climates, protection from intense afternoon sun will help maintain leaf quality.
