Flowering in generous flushes approximately every seven weeks throughout the growing season, 'Purple Swoon' provides months of colour from late spring into autumn. Bred by the renowned Brindabella Roses breeding program, it has been selected for outstanding disease resistance, producing healthy, bushy plants with excellent resistance to black spot and powdery mildew.

Whether planted as a feature, in mixed rose beds or as part of a cottage garden, this variety offers impressive colour, fragrance and reliability with minimal fuss.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Water deeply during dry periods, particularly while establishing. Feed with a quality rose fertiliser in late August, then after each main flush of flowers throughout the season. Apply organic mulch in spring to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Remove spent flowers to encourage repeat blooming and prune by around two-thirds in July to maintain a healthy, vigorous plant. Monitor occasionally for pests, although this variety has excellent natural disease resistance.
