Bush Rose Jessica's Rose - 20cm Pot

Rose ‘Jessica’s Rose’ is a beautiful shrub rose producing large, soft pink flowers that open from elegant pink buds. As the blooms fully open, they reveal delicate yellow stamens at their centres, adding a lovely contrast to the soft pink petals.

Bred by Australian rose breeder Bruce Brundrett, ‘Jessica’s Rose’ is admired for its abundant flowering and naturally rounded growth habit. Masses of blooms appear against healthy, medium-green foliage, creating a full and colourful garden display.

With its attractive shrub form and generous flowering, ‘Jessica’s Rose’ is well suited to mixed garden borders, cottage-style planting and dedicated rose beds. Its soft colouring also combines beautifully with perennials and other flowering shrubs.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil, ideally receiving at least six hours of direct sunlight each day.
Water thoroughly after planting and regularly while establishing, particularly during extended periods of hot, dry weather. Apply mulch in spring to help retain soil moisture and suppress weeds, keeping it clear of the base of the plant.
Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes to encourage healthy growth and flowering.
Prune in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas, removing dead, damaged or crossing branches. Shorten remaining stems to outward-facing buds, maintaining the plant's naturally rounded shape while encouraging healthy new growth.
Remove spent flowers throughout the growing season to encourage further blooms. Maintain good airflow around the plant and remove fallen leaves to help reduce the risk of fungal diseases.
