Bush Rose Novalis - 20cm Pot

‘Novalis’ (Korfriedhar) is an elegant floribunda rose from Germany's Kordes Fairytale Roses® Collection, admired for its softly coloured lavender blooms and romantic, old-world flower shape. The densely petalled flowers are produced in generous clusters, creating an impressive display against fresh light green foliage.

Named after the German author and philosopher Novalis, whose unfinished novel featured the symbolic blue flower, this rose brings a similarly distinctive colour to the garden. It flowers repeatedly throughout the growing season and forms a neat, easy-care bush well suited to Melbourne and south-east Victorian conditions.

Awarded the prestigious ADR label in 2013, ‘Novalis’ has been recognised for its strong garden performance, healthy growth and disease resistance.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Water deeply while establishing and during extended dry periods. Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes. Mulch in spring, deadhead regularly and prune in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas. Remove fallen leaves and monitor for common rose pests and diseases.
