Bush Rose Princess Charlene De Monaco - 20cm Pot

‘Princess Charlene of Monaco®’ (Meidysouk) is an elegant large-flowered bush rose from the Meilland ROMANTICA® collection, producing beautifully full blooms in delicate shades of light ochre, blush pink and soft pastel tones.

Each large flower can reach approximately 11cm across and contains around 68 petals arranged in a romantic, quartered form. The blooms are generally carried individually on strong stems, making them particularly impressive in the garden and excellent for cutting and floral arrangements.

A soft Rose de Mai fragrance complements the flowers, while dense, glossy dark green foliage provides an attractive backdrop. With excellent disease resistance and repeat flowering from spring through autumn, this is a refined but reliable garden rose.

‘Princess Charlene of Monaco®’ has received numerous international awards, including the Gold Medal and Perfume Prize at Geneva in 2011, along with further fragrance awards in Belgium, France and Italy.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil.
Water deeply while establishing and during extended dry periods.
Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes.
Mulch in spring, deadhead regularly and prune in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas.
Remove fallen leaves and monitor for common rose pests and diseases.
