Description
Large and very full blooms with up to 41+ petals are produced mostly singly in a cupped and quartered form. This is accompanied with an intense fragrance of fresh lemon and green apples overlaid with fresh-cut grass. Hints of Cedarwood, patchouli and lovage appear in the fully ripened flower.
A sparkling note of fresh lemon characterizes the top note, which swaps over into a creamy-soapy rose character. Maximum fragrance, at the morning and in the evening.
Water immediately after planting. Water well until established, particularly during periods of extended heat.
Plant in Full Sun.
Remove spent blooms. Prune back by one-third in winter, removing old and damaged wood. Shorten stems to a healthy bud to promote strong growth.
Fertilise every Late winter to the end of autumn every 3-4 months. We recommend Harry's Rose Food.
