Candy Burst™ Callistemon is a compact, fine-leaf bottlebrush variety that delivers a vibrant display of rich dark pink flowers in spring. With its naturally tidy, rounded habit and soft foliage, it’s a versatile native shrub suited to a wide range of garden styles.

The eye-catching blooms attract nectar-loving birds and pollinators, adding life and movement to the garden while providing a bold seasonal feature.

This semi-compact form is perfect for smaller gardens, low hedges and feature planting, offering structure and colour without the need for constant pruning.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil, though it adapts to most soil types.

Water regularly during the first 8–13 weeks to establish, then reduce, as it becomes drought and frost tolerant.

Apply a layer of chunky mulch to retain moisture and improve soil health.

Minimal pruning is required. Trim every 2–4 years depending on whether a natural or more formal shape is desired. Pruning will encourage denser, bushier growth.
