Callistemon Hot Pink - 14cm Pot

Callistemon ‘Hot Pink’ PBR is a vibrant, compact bottlebrush prized for its bold flower colour and tidy growth habit. In spring, this variety produces masses of striking hot pink bottlebrush flowers along its stems, creating a brilliant display that attracts honeyeaters, bees and pollinators in abundance.

Adding to its appeal, new foliage emerges in soft pink tones before maturing to a glossy green, providing seasonal contrast and year-round interest. Its naturally upright, compact form makes it an easy-care option for both small and larger gardens.

Mature size: approximately 1 metre high × 1 metre wide

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil for best flowering and growth. Water regularly during establishment, keeping the soil moist for the first few months, then reduce as the plant becomes more resilient.

Mulch around the base to retain moisture and regulate soil temperature. Apply a native fertiliser at planting and occasionally during early growth if needed. When growing in containers, use a high-quality native potting mix and monitor moisture levels more closely.

Prune lightly after the main spring flowering flush to maintain shape and encourage dense growth.

Important note: Like many callistemons, this variety has a spreading root system. Plant at least 2 metres away from paths, pipes and structures.
