Cousin It.
Botanical Name: Casurina glauca
Cousin It is an unusual and extremely tough Australian native mounding groundcover featuring deep green cascading foliage. Effectively covers unsightly pipes, stumps, and unsightly ground obstacles and suppresses weeds. A fantastic feature for pots and mass planted in the garden where it can cascade over walls and embankments.
-For best results plant Cousin It in a sunny position.
- It is adaptable to many different soil types and tolerates periods of drought, light frost and coastal conditions, however, performs best in moist, well-drained soil.
- Water regularly until the plant is established. During the warmer months apply a wetting agent to help retain moisture.
- Lightly prune to maintain a tidy habit and apply a general-purpose fertiliser when required.
- Casuarina glauca Cousin It will grow to a height of 10cm and a width of 1m in ideal conditions.
