Frequently Asked Questions

We ship all* orders via Australia Post using Regular Parcel Post. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. A second email will follow with your Australia Post tracking number.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm. Delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Need it in a hurry? Call us on (03) 9844 3027 before ordering and we’ll arrange an Express Post upgrade and quote for you.

*Please note:

  • We do not ship any plant life, pots, Furniture, Bulky or Fragile items.
  • We do not ship perfume or fragrance products, including diffusers and eau de parfum.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If you're not linked to a MyPost account, a card will be left with collection instructions.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where you:

  • changed your mind,
  • found the product cheaper elsewhere,
  • decided you no longer like or need the item.

However, for fashion items, we understand you may be unable to try them on before purchasing. In this case, we’re happy to offer:

  • an exchange for another size (subject to availability), or
  • credit note for the item’s value.

To avoid disappointment we do recommend calling ahead on (03)9844 3027 to check stock availability.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package via Auspost.

Please note some orders may be delivered by our team, so you will not be provided with tracking information. You will however be notified of dispatch and delivery.
