Common Name: Creeping/Climbing Fig.
Ficus pumila is a fantastic perennial climbing plant that can look like a hedge when grown up walls. Its young leaves are heart-shaped and grow quickly, making it ideal for covering up unsightly walls or large open garden spaces. Once established, it is shade tolerant and extremely hard-wearing.
These plants can also be grown indoors in bright indirect light.
Be careful when trimming or cutting leaves as figs will release sap that will cause skin irritation.
These can also be toxic to pets..
