Grevillea Fireworks - 14cm Pot

Grevillea ‘Fireworks’ is a compact Australian native shrub producing bright red and yellow flowers from autumn through to spring. The colourful flowers are held towards the ends of short branches, standing out beautifully against the plant’s soft blue-green foliage.

Naturally compact with a rounded, mound-forming habit, ‘Fireworks’ makes an attractive feature shrub and is particularly well suited to pots, courtyards and smaller garden spaces. Its extended flowering period also provides a valuable source of nectar for birds, bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects.
The flowers can also be picked for arrangements, bringing their distinctive colour and form indoors.

Mature size: approximately 1–1.2 metres high × 1–1.2 metres wide.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to light shade in well-drained soil. Once established, ‘Fireworks’ is drought tolerant and can tolerate light frost.
Regular tip pruning will encourage an even denser, more compact plant. Feed in spring and summer with a low-phosphorus fertiliser suitable for Australian natives, watering well after application.

Some Grevilleas can cause skin irritation in sensitive people. Wear gloves and protective clothing when handling if you are affected.
