Lavandula Winter Lace - 14cm Pot

Lavender ‘Winter Lace’ is a compact, early flowering lavender that brings vibrant colour and fragrance to the garden when little else is in bloom. Part of the popular Lavender Lace Collection, this hardy variety produces masses of beautiful amethyst flower spikes from early winter through to early spring, creating a striking display above aromatic grey foliage. Its naturally rounded habit and reliable performance make it an excellent choice for Melbourne and south-east Victorian gardens.

One of the earliest lavenders to flower, ‘Winter Lace’ provides valuable winter colour while attracting bees and other beneficial pollinators. Its compact form makes it ideal for low hedging, decorative pots and planting along paths, where its fragrant foliage can be enjoyed year-round.

Easy to grow and drought tolerant once established, it is perfectly suited to Mediterranean-style, cottage and waterwise gardens.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Water regularly while establishing, then only during extended dry periods. Feed with a general-purpose slow-release fertiliser after flowering. Lightly tip prune after flowering to maintain a dense, bushy habit, avoiding cutting back into old bare wood.
