Lomandra Frosty Tops - 14cm Pot

Lomandra ‘Frosty Top’ is a compact, gracefully weeping Australian native, prized for its fine grey-green foliage and distinctive silvery new growth. The soft, frosted tips give the plant a light, airy appearance, making it perfect for adding texture and contrast to garden designs.

From late winter through early summer, it produces clusters of lightly perfumed yellow flowers on striking purple stems, adding subtle colour and interest during the cooler months.

With its neat size and elegant form, Frosty Top is ideal for border planting along pathways and driveways, as well as in pots and containers where its soft foliage can be appreciated up close.

Mature size: approximately 15–25cm high × 40–60cm wide

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil. Lomandra ‘Frosty Top’ is hardy and adaptable, tolerating a range of conditions including moderate frost and coastal environments.

Water regularly while establishing, then reduce, as it becomes drought tolerant once mature.

Maintenance is minimal. Simply remove spent flower stems to keep the plant tidy. Feed with a low-phosphorus native fertiliser in early spring or late summer to maintain healthy growth.
