Description
Tanika® Lomandra is one of Australia’s most reliable and widely used native landscape plants, valued for its fine, soft foliage and exceptional durability. This improved compact form creates a tidy, evergreen clump that provides year-round structure without becoming coarse or untidy.
From autumn through spring (April to October), it produces small yellow flower spikes, adding subtle seasonal interest. Its soft, touch-friendly foliage also makes it a great choice for family gardens and public spaces.
Highly adaptable and tough, Tanika® performs exceptionally well in dryland areas, slopes and large-scale plantings, making it a go-to option for both home gardeners and landscape professionals.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun to moderate shade in well-drained soil. Tanika® Lomandra thrives in a wide range of soil types, including sandy, loamy and clay soils.
Water regularly while establishing, then reduce, as it becomes highly drought tolerant once mature. It also tolerates frost and challenging conditions, making it suitable for a wide range of climates.
Very low maintenance, minimal pruning required. An occasional tidy-up or annual fertiliser application can help maintain vigour if needed.
