Description
Plum Donsworth Dwarf.
Botanical Name: Prunus salicina.
Large blood plum, with dark pink to red skin and light red juicy flesh which is soft when fully mature. Good quality fruit with nice sweet flavour, clingstone. Eaten fresh, or used in preserves and jams. One of the first blood plums to mature. A vigorous growing tree, and prolific bearer will require staking.
Suggested Pollinators: Mariposa, Narrabeen and Santa Rosa.
- Water immediately after planting. Water well until established, particularly during periods of extended heat.
- We recommend using Plant Starter to offer your plants the best start.
- Plant in Full Sun.
- Grows to height 1.5-2 metres and width 1.5-2 metres
