Standard Rose ‘Blue Moon’ (Tannacht) produces large, beautifully formed blooms in distinctive bluish-mauve and lavender tones. The flowers are carried on long, slender stems, creating an elegant display above the clear standard trunk.

One of the best-known blue-toned roses, ‘Blue Moon’ is valued for its unusual colouring and strong fragrance. The long stems also make the blooms well suited to cutting and bringing indoors.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Water deeply while establishing and during extended dry periods. Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes. Mulch in spring and deadhead regularly to encourage continued flowering. Prune the rose head in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas, and remove any shoots growing from below the graft. Stake securely and check ties as the plant grows.
