Standard Rose Earth Angel - 90cm/3ft | 25cm Pot

Standard Rose ‘Earth Angel’ (Korgeowim) is a beautifully fragrant rose from Kordes’ Parfuma® Collection, admired for its romantic, old-world flowers and soft colouring. Deep pink buds open into densely petalled blooms that gradually soften to a delicate blush pink, creating a beautiful variation in colour as the flowers mature.

Fragrance is one of ‘Earth Angel’s’ standout features, combining fresh notes of lemon, apple and raspberry with a soft traditional rose perfume. The blooms are displayed against healthy dark green foliage and flower repeatedly throughout the growing season.

Grown as a standard rose, the flowering canopy sits above a clear stem, bringing the highly fragrant blooms closer to eye level. It makes an elegant feature beside entrances and pathways, amongst lower-growing garden plants or in a large decorative pot.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Water deeply while establishing and during extended dry periods. Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes. Mulch in spring to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
Deadhead regularly to encourage repeat flowering. Prune the flowering canopy in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas, removing dead, damaged and weak growth and maintaining a balanced shape.
Keep the main stem securely supported with a sturdy stake, particularly in exposed or windy positions. Remove any shoots that appear from the stem or below the graft. Remove fallen leaves from around the base and monitor for common rose pests and diseases.
