Standard Rose Iceberg - 60cm/2ft | 25cm Pot

Standard Rose ‘Iceberg’ is a much-loved rose producing large clusters of pure white, lightly double flowers from early in the flowering season. The medium-sized blooms are produced generously, creating a fresh display against the green foliage.

Later in summer, some flowers may develop a delicate pink tinge, adding subtle variation to the otherwise crisp white display. The blooms also carry a light, sweet fragrance.

Grown as a standard rose, ‘Iceberg’ forms a flowering canopy above a clear stem, bringing its flowers to eye level and adding height and structure to the garden. Its classic white colouring makes it particularly versatile for entrances, pathways, formal planting or amongst colourful garden borders.

Care & Growing Tips
Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil. Water deeply while establishing and during extended dry periods. Feed established roses in late August and again after the main flowering flushes. Mulch in spring to help retain moisture and suppress weeds.
Deadhead regularly to encourage repeat flowering. Prune the flowering canopy in July, or August in colder and frost-prone areas, removing dead, damaged and weak growth and maintaining a balanced shape.
Keep the main stem securely supported with a sturdy stake, particularly in exposed or windy positions. Remove any shoots that appear from the stem or below the graft. Remove fallen leaves from around the base and monitor for common rose pests and diseases.
