Tangelo Minneola
Botanical Name: Citrus reticulata × Citrus paradisi
The Tangelo Minneola is a hybrid citrus tree that produces medium to large, bell-shaped fruit with a deep orange-red skin. The fruit is juicy and sweet with a slight tang, combining flavors reminiscent of both mandarin and grapefruit. It's easy to peel and contains few seeds, making it ideal for fresh eating and juicing. The tree has glossy green foliage and fragrant white blossoms, adding ornamental value to any garden.
