Calathea Fasciata.
Calathea fasciata has impressive large, rounded oval leaves with glossy mid and dark green stripes. Calathea appreciates a warm, slightly humid environment, bright, indirect light. You may notice in the evening/dark that the leaves are straight up and then during the day drop down horizontally.
It likes lots of bright indirect light
Boost its growth by feeding it with liquid fertiliser once per month in spring and summer.
Regular misting will keep its leaves fresh and green.
Allow the plant to dry out between waterings. Water more in summer, less in winter.
