Acer Skeeters Broom.
Botanical Name: Acer palmatum.
Similar to the very popular 'Shaina', this variety grows much stronger and can handle hotter conditions. Colour varies from pink to dark purple throughout the year.
Approximate Height (Feb '23): 1.4m.
It prefers cool, deep, moisture-retentive soil in a sheltered site.
Can position in full sun to part shade. Different light conditions will affect the colouring of the leaf.
