SHIPPING

• We currently do not ship any plant life, Oversized or Bulky products. Plants , Oversized or Bulky products are Click & Collect only.
• After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched. A tracking number will also be supplied.
• Orders will be sent Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm. 
• Please allow up to 10 days (depending on your location) to receive your order. 
• Shipping is a flat rate of $12 and free for orders over $200.
  Bulky items cannot be posted at this stage so are offered as click & collect only.

CLICK & COLLECT

• Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us confirming that your item is ready to be collected.
• Collect any day between 8.30am - 4.45pm, within 14 days
• Please bring your confirmation with you when you are collecting your order.
