Calathea Exotica.
With striking, elongated foliage, the Calathea Exotica is pet-friendly and creates visual interest in spaces with bright indirect light. During summer a lot of new growth will push out regularly to keep this plant looking lush.
To keep your plant happy, give it a spot somewhere that gets a medium level of light and water it whenever the top two inches of soil feel dry.
You should also give it a feed with liquid fertiliser once a month in spring and summer.
Water more in summer and less in winter as calatheas are prone to suffer from overwatering during colder months.
