Clematis Sunset.
In fluorescent deep purple sepals with a satin cerise bar and bright yellow anthers. Compact and free-flowering, sunset is ideal in a pot. It flowers in late spring and summer. The flower can get to 10-15cm whilst the plant can get to 2-2.5m tall making it suitable for growing on a trellis or obelisk.
Plant in full sun to part shade.
Plant in moist well-draining soil.
Water well during periods of extended heat.
