Lilac Persica.
Persian Lilac is a medium-size deciduous tree or shrub that produces a profusion of single pale violet flowers. Very fragrant, sweetly scented flowers are produced in abundance in mid-spring.
Plant in a well drained and well worked soil.
Take care to plant the bud union approximately 5 to 10cm BELOW the soil level.
Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established.
Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears.
Prune to shape if necessary.
It can grow to 2 x 2m
