Maranta Leuconeura.
A highly decorative indoor plant with spectacular foliage. The leaves have a striking colour, with red veins and dark green blotches. At night the plant lifts and folds its leaves upright, hence the name prayer plant.
The plant pictured is just one example of our stock, each plant may vary slightly. We will always choose the happiest and healthiest specimen for you.
It lights a warm filtered light position. Avoid direct sunlight.
It prefers wet, not moist soil. Water more in summer, less in winter.
Fertilise in the warmer months to encourage new growth.
