Tangelo Seminole
Botanical Name: Citrus reticulata × Citrus paradisi
The Tangelo Seminole is a hybrid citrus tree resulting from a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit. It produces large, round to slightly flattened fruit with deep red-orange skin. The flesh is juicy and sweet with a hint of tartness, making it ideal for fresh eating and juicing. The tree is vigorous and high-yielding, with glossy green foliage and fragrant white blossoms.

Care

• Protect young trees from frost; established trees tolerate light frosts
• Mulch to retain moisture, keeping mulch away from the trunk
